Who We Are:
We’re a high-energy rock/metal band with a strong alternative edge, inspired by the likes of Audioslave, Linkin Park, and Queens of the Stone Age. Our sound fuses the raw power of post-grunge with the dynamic intensity of modern rock and metal. With a full UK summer tour booked and professional venues in our lineup, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit, create, and crush it on stage.

We rehearse weekly, currently in Newbury, Berkshire which is equidistant from all band members (at the moment).
The Role: Bassist
We need someone who can step into this essential role with precision, passion, and professionalism. You’ll drive the rhythm section and bring the stage alive with your presence and sound.
What You’ll Bring:
- Technical Skill:
- Solid alternate picking technique with a pick/plectrum or the ability to match that level of attack using fingerstyle.
- Bonus points for skills like slap or tapping, but these are not essential.
- Confidence in playing alternative tunings (e.g., Drop-D, Drop-C) during live performances.

Gear Ready:
- Professional equipment capable of achieving record-ready bass tones like those on our recordings.
- Multiple basses for quick tuning switches during live sets (no time for tuning on stage!).

Musical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with our influences from Grunge, post-Grunge, and 2000s rock/metal.
- Passion for music that demands high-energy and groove-driven precision.

What You Need to Do:
Before applying, take the time to listen to our recordings—this is essential. If you’re not into our music, this isn’t the gig for you. But if our sound resonates with you, and you’re ready to bring your best to the table, we want to hear from you.
Check that the weekly commute for rehearsals is something you can commit to. We currently rehearse at Studio 91 in Newbury, Berkshire. This location is flexible, but only so far as we may move it to somewhere that requires no more than 1hr to 1hr 30mins travel from Portsmouth.
