Pre-Order Process
Pre-orders refer to orders placed for products (“Products”) that have not yet been released for general sale by Molly Karloff management.
To place a pre-order, you must provide specific information, such as your name, address, and billing details. Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of this information is your responsibility. Failure to provide accurate information may result in us being unable to keep you informed.
Payment
Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the Product; instead, they represent your intent (“Offer”) to purchase the Product upon its general release. We reserve the right to decline your Offer, and your Offer is considered accepted only when the pre-ordered product is dispatched.
Upon placing a pre-order, you must pay the full price of the Product upfront. You have the option to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your pre-order payment anytime before the Product is dispatched.
Shipping
When feasible, orders will be shipped to you or made available for collection as quickly as possible, subject to availability. Delivery times may vary for certain regions.
Release dates can change, and as a result, we cannot be held responsible for alterations to release dates or pre-order windows that we have advertised.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a pre-order for any reason, or no reason at all, prior to our notification to you that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will receive a full refund of your pre-order payment.
