We’re a high-energy rock/metal band with a strong alternative edge, inspired by the likes of Audioslave, Linkin Park, and Queens of the Stone Age. Our sound fuses the raw power of post-grunge with the dynamic intensity of modern rock and metal. With a full UK summer tour booked and professional venues in our lineup, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit, create, and crush it on stage.

We rehearse weekly, currently in Newbury, Berkshire which is equidistant from all band members (at the moment). Over the years, we have also rehearsed in London, Witney, Warwick, Birmingham, Newport & Portsmouth depending on the location of band members 

Since our formation in 2018, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of modern rock with our signature blend of electrifying riffs, powerful rhythms, and unforgettable melodies. Now, we’re on the lookout for a talented drummer to become part of our journey as we continue to break new ground in the world of rock music.

• Technical Skill: You should have a strong double kick technique and a solid understanding of complex grooves. Our music often goes beyond the conventional 4/4 beat, incorporating shuffles, swings, and big, open guitar riffs. We need someone who can seamlessly integrate these rhythms into our sound.

• Stage Presence: Molly Karloff is as much about the performance as we are about the music. We’re looking for a drummer who can command the stage and connect with our audience through both their playing and their presence.

• Image: Let’s face it, rock is as much about image as it is about sound. We’re seeking someone who naturally fits into the band’s aesthetic or is willing to adapt their look to complement our style. Check out our press photography to see what we mean!

• Commitment: We’re in this for the long haul, and we hope you are too. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive in, make the commitment, and be a full-fledged member of Molly Karloff.

• Availability: Molly Karloff is a touring band. If you're only able to play live one weekend in six due to work commitments then its not the band for you. - check the current touring schedule here (which is being added to all the time with further tours to be announced:  2025/26 Tour Dates
