The Kut + Molly Karloff + Ditch The Demon
The Cart & Horses proudly presents:
THE KUT:
Raised in Blackpool & disillusioned with school, The Kut (Inspired by London’s street artists, Maha assumed the tag ‘The Kut’, which would become her stage name) found comfort in the coils of punk rock, forming her first band at 14!
It was here in London she became fascinated by mixing genres, drumming & breakbeats. Tours began and major label interest followed, and Four years on, The Kut (now a PhD Psychology graduate) recently signed a US distribution deal for her and her label roster – an announcement that signalled the release of her second album.
GRIT released and hit Number 1 in the UK Rock Albums Chart. It concurrently became the 1st Number 1 Rock Album to feature women on vox, guitar, bass and drums since the chart’s inception in 1994!
The single ‘On My Own’ is released with support from Arts Council England, and has spent two weeks in the Official UK Singles Charts ahead of tour dates with iconic Japanese pop-punk band, Shonen Knife. More recently they toured supporting the legendary DANKO JONES.
“A neat twist on grunge pop” – Kerrang! Magazine
“awesome riffs and chaotic live shows” – Metal Hammer.

MOLLY KARLOFF:
Molly Karloff have harvested critical acclaim from all their previous releases, with Powerplay Magazine describing the band’s work as “straight to the naughty centre, ballsy rock” – 9/10.
Fireworks Magazine went further, proclaiming the band as: “what Royal Blood might sound like if they wrote some good songs to go alongside their riffs”.
And in a hugely positive reaction, Hard Rock Hell Magazine echoed other sentiments, calling their music ‘an assault on your brain sort of music, smashing its way into your head and staying there in a fabulous way and I bloody love it!’
The high-energy performances of this electrifying Oxford-based trio are comprised of Simon Gee (Vocals, Guitar), Nico Martin (bass) and Jowie Adkins (Drums)

DITCH THE DEMON:
The demon is rising!
Formed in 2018 from the beer-soaked music scene of Hastings on England’s south coast, Ditch the Demon is a rising powerhouse of rock, assimilating psych and prog under a dark yet uplifting aura.
